摘要:
高校临聘人员的稳定和发展需要良好的激励机制。随着我国高校对临聘人员管理的全面加强,如何调动临聘人员的工作积极性,提高他们的工作满意度和对高校的忠诚度,降低临聘人员的流失等问题,成为当前高校队伍建设中需要解决的重要问题。本文通过对心理契约理论与高校临聘人员管理的契合等方面的研究,力求构建高校临聘人员有效的激励机制。
Abstract:
The stability and development of universities temporary employees need reasonable incentive mechanism. As universities strengthen the management of temporary employees, how to motivate temporary employees, enhance their job satisfaction and their loyalty to universities and reduce the turnover of temporary staff becomes an important problem that needs to be solved. This paper does research on theory of psychological contract and the management situation of universities temporary employees to construct the effective incentive mechanism.
